Who we are
We’re a Brisbane-based couple on a mission to make the best pizza in the city and have a whole lot of fun doing it! Montica began with a simple idea: do what you love, with the people you love, and share it with your community (ideally over a really good pizza).
Monique brings 7 years of experience from a mobile pizza truck in Canada, where she mastered the art of crafting authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas. Tilan’s background in both the catering industry and corporate world means every pop up we serve is smooth, seamless, and stress-free.
Together, we’re passionate about serving real, delicious pizza made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Each one is fired in our Italian oven, giving it that crispy, chewy crust and rich flavour we can’t get enough of.
