What began as a small mobile pizza trailer has grown into a team of passionate people who love good food, great neighbourhoods, and creating places where people can slow down, have a laugh, and enjoy a really good pizza together.

Our mission is to bring exceptional Neapolitan-style pizza and a little bit of fun to neighbourhoods all across Brisbane.

Every Montica pizza is made with fresh, quality ingredients and fired in our Italian oven at incredibly high temperatures to create the beautiful crust and delicious flavour we love.

We want our Neighbourhood Nights to feel like a regular part of the community, where you can bring the kids, catch up with friends, meet your neighbours, and know you're going to have a good time.
